Our Playgroup Program serves as an extension of the child’s home, a step before beginning formal schooling.

This program is offered for children of age for 2 - 3 years, as they are gently led through being away from their home, yet in a warm and nurturing environment.

The program is based on the understanding that young children learn primarily through imitation and play. Our teachers focus on fostering the small child’s imagination, creativity, and the will to focus and follow through on different tasks. This is done through storytelling, music, modelling of chores, outdoor play, and artistic activities. Following the same rhythm each day gives the child a sense of security and consistency. Early academic foundations are formed through these activities.
